Conditions of Supply
Please read these conditions carefully before ordering any goods or services from us. You should understand that by ordering any goods or services from us online you agree to be bound by these conditions.

1. Introduction
All information received by us from your use of this site will be collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You can contact us by e-mail at info@zempire.co.uk. These terms apply to customers ordering from EU member states via zempire.eu.
2. Your Status
By placing an order through our website you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and that you are at least 18 years old. These terms apply to customers resident in EU member states.
3. Our Status
When we accept orders, the resulting legal contract is between you and Zempire UK trading as Zempire Camping and is subject to any other terms and conditions as listed. All orders are subject to acceptance by us and we will confirm such acceptance to you by on-line electronic means or verbally for any telephone orders (the "Confirmation").
4. Prices and Payment
The prices for any goods or services ordered through this site (the "Products") will be as quoted on our site from time to time, except in the case of obvious or manifest error.
Prices displayed on zempire.eu are in EUR (€) and include VAT applicable in the destination EU member state, unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges and any additional costs, including any applicable customs or import duties, will be clearly displayed before you complete your order.
Prices are subject to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted and confirmed.
Payment must be made at the time of ordering using one of the payment methods specified on our site. We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa and MasterCard. Additional payment methods may be available depending on your location and will be displayed at checkout.
5. Discount Codes
Discount codes may be applied at checkout subject to the following conditions. Discount codes are not applicable to sale items or products already marked down in price. Only one discount code may be used per order. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend discount codes at any time without notice.
6. Fulfilment and Delivery
Your order will be fulfilled by us by any fulfilment date set out in the Confirmation. Orders are dispatched from the UK and delivered to EU member states. If you are ordering more than one product, you should be aware that products may be delivered separately. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
7. Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy
You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. This exceeds the 14-day minimum cooling-off period required under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and applies equally to all our customers.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. by e-mail to info@zempire.co.uk) before the cancellation period has expired.
It remains your responsibility to return any such items to us in a new and unused condition with all their swing-tickets attached and in their original box and/or packaging. We will reimburse all payments received from you, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods.
Please also take care when trying any new item as we cannot accept returns that have been damaged, soiled or show signs of wear. We reserve the right not to refund or deduct an appropriate amount from the original purchase price in such circumstances.
This cancellation, returns and refund policy does not affect your statutory rights under EU consumer law.
8. Amendments
We may amend these terms and conditions from time to time by posting revised terms and conditions on the site, which shall apply to all orders placed after such date.
9. Notices
All notices shall be given by e-mail to Zempire UK trading as Zempire Camping at info@zempire.co.uk, or to you at either the e-mail or postal address you provide during the ordering process. Notice will be deemed received 24 hours after an e-mail is sent or 3 days after the date of posting.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by English law. However, as an EU consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. Nothing in these terms affects your rights as a consumer to rely on such mandatory local law provisions. Any disputes may be submitted to the courts of your country of residence or to the English Courts.
If you have a complaint or dispute, please contact us first at info@zempire.co.uk and we will do our best to resolve it. You may also be able to seek redress through your national alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body or through the European Consumer Centre (ECC) network in your country.
11. Intellectual Property
Zempire UK and/or its licensors own all rights to the intellectual property and material contained in this Website, and all such rights are reserved. You are granted a limited licence only for purposes of viewing the material contained on this Website. You must not reproduce, modify, or exploit any content from this Website without our prior written consent.
12. Our Liability and Disclaimer
Our liability in connection with any Product(s) is strictly limited to the purchase price of such product or service. This does not exclude or limit in any way our liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability to the extent that it may not be excluded or limited as a matter of law, including your statutory rights as an EU consumer.
We further accept no liability for any indirect or consequential loss or damage, or for any loss of data, profit, revenue or business, however caused, even if foreseeable, to the extent permitted by applicable EU law.
